Description: This pretty little creamer was made by Wheeling Decorating Co. in West Virginia, most likely in the 1930s. It has a gold finish inside and out, with an etched design of flowers and doves. Marked on the bottom, along with the number 1727. In excellent vintage condition, with no signs of use.
