His style of storytelling was legendary. He was a veteran, serving in the Army Air Corp in WWII. He had degrees in Electrical Engineering from GA Tech, Law from John Marshall Law School, and later in retirement went to the University of Georgia completing a degree in Anthropology, American History, and Criminal Justice.
