Collar is made out of new heavy russet harness leather and features a solid brass buckle, nicely finished edges, and a beautiful sounding antique sleigh bell. The bell is over 100 years old and has some minor defects (please see photo). Perfect for keeping track of your goat or dog or looping over a door handle. Overall length is 19" and it is 1 1/2" wide.
