Description: This is a single Chevrolet 15x8 rally wheel with Goodyear GR70-15 Custom Steelgard white wall tire. This tire and wheel just came out of a collection where it had been properly stored in cool, dark conditions. I believe this was a factory installed tire on many late 60's-early 70's Corvettes and likely other years and models. Please confirm your specific application, This wheel and tire are in good survivor condition as shown. The wheel is stamped K-1-3 and 10 26 AZ by the valve stem. The rim is quite nice with what looks to be the original paint and light surface corrosion as shown. The tire appears to be a real deal original. The code looks to be "MBU5 FNH183". I believe the "183" at the end of the code shows this tire was made on the 18th week of 1973. The tire looks nice overall a with some age cracking andthe orignal mold marks can still be seen on the tread. It has very deep even tread as shown. It shows some aging and needs a good cleaning to looks its best. Due to the age of this tire, it should be used for display only. This is an awesome vintage tire with wheel!
