The system supports using any pole or speed rail between 1 to 2" in diameter, allowing you to use a shorter pole if desired. The included camera support then attaches to the pole and offers a slotted mounting platform with a 1/4"-20 screw. The camera support can be moved along the length of the pole and tightened into place with its fastening knobs.
