Gilbert Company of New Haven, Connecticut, Circa 1955 or so. The tender is all heavy, diecast metal and in beautiful condition, with very crisp lettering, please see photos. There is a tiny hole at the very front of the tender, under the platform. You have to look to see it and I almost missed it. It appears to be for a wire. The bottom "pin" of the coupler is broken off, please see photos. Anyway, these old eyes don't see like they used to, so I ask that you take the time to "ZOOM IN" and look the photos over very closely, to determine for yourself just what we have here.
