Finished back to front in a mesmerizing Candy Apple Red this one started off with all gold hardware but given the brilliant CAR finish on this guitar the gold hardware just clashed so I had to upgrade everything to chrome and now this thing just screams Rock ‘n’ Roll - Check out the video!! https://youtu.be/w_qOZWXf5NM?si=SmhNuezs6kOTN8ph Chrome hardware upgrades include a set of Lollar Imperials, Kluson deluxe tulip tuners, TonePros ABR-1 bridge and aluminum tailpiece, Switchcraft 3-way toggle and output jack, Bourns premium 500k audio pots and and orange drop caps. Slim 60’s neck measuring .83 @ 1st and .93 @ 12th with a custom bone nut and fretless wonder frets on a beautiful slab of real ebony this is a fast and easy player. Weighing in at 9lbs 8oz she has all the girth and sustain you would expect from a Les Paul Custom combined with the Lollar Imperials measuring 7.78k - neck and 8.61 - bridge giving her that classic upper midrange bite that these guitars are known for. Overall condition on this guitar is immaculate, I’m the original owner and she's been a case queen for most of her life. Frets are almost perfect with just some slight wear on the upper few frets but she is still not even close to needing her first crown and level. Had one minor accident where I clipped the very top part of the peg head veneer on the edge of a countertop which caused the outer binding to split open and had that professionally drop filled back in place. Two tiny chips on the back by the 3-way switch cavity plate and some orange peel beginning on the top where your arm rests are the only other visible flaws on her as shown in the last pics. Other than those she’s pretty much flawless, no major dings, scratches, chips or finish checking. Comes with original case in excellent condition and COA.
