Gibson Custom Shop CS-336 Figured Vintage Sunburst -2021- [SN CS103004] Used Gibson Custom Shop CS-336 Figured Vintage Sunburst made in 2021 is now in stock! The Custom Shop-made CS-336 is a smaller version of the popular semi-acoustic ES-335. The body of the CS-336 is the same size as the ES-339, but the body back is carved from solid mahogany and the top is made of solid 2-piece maple, making it a Les Paul-like model despite being a semi-acoustic. The chambered mahogany back and carved maple top make the body compact and easy to handle. The unique tone of the Les Paul with the airiness of a semi-hollow body gives it a finish that is full of originality and presence. The fusion of the solid and semi-acoustic body gives the tone a mid and airy feel, and the tone is wonderfully rich and shimmering. Depending on the controls, this guitar can be used for a wide range of sounds, from crunchy rock to jazzy sounds. The 57 Classic pickups are reliable and trustworthy. This pickup has a flat and good power, and is a great match with semi-acoustic pickups! The truss rod has been tightened and loosened without any problems.
