The neck is straight, there have been no repairs, the tuners work great, all pieces are original and the action is very good. The esthetics of the 60’s vintage woods are gorgeous. There is one washer missing on the top right tuner and there are two hairline seams on each side of the bridge, that have been there for decades and a non issue. Let’s discuss the sound again, regarding remarkable clarity, encompassing bass and a last strum finish with sound that goes on and on. This custom model has a unique bridge, that the strings are threaded through, eliminating the 12 pegs. This is both an esthetic advantage as well as making it super easy when re-stringing. The strings are new and are D’Addario Bronze Coated Light gage.
