We have here a Hasbro made 3 3/4" Gi Joe Cobra Commander discolored 100% Complete figure only to my knowledge from the 1980's Toy Line. The figure is in ok condition with tight joints, has no rusty screws. Does have all his Original weapons (if he came with them -see the pics above). The pictures tells it all below, what you see is what you get. The figure comes from a smoke-free and pet-free environment. I am not an expert or claim to know everything about this item so… Please look carefully and SOLD AS IS. My grading system maybe way different than your so please look carefully at the pictures.
