Description: The Ghost Parade: A Judy Bolton Mystery, by Margaret Sutton. Illustrated by Pelagie Doane. Published originally in 1933 by Grosset & Dunlap. Number 5 in the Judy Bolton series. Hardcover in dustjacket, 217 pages, with one frontispiece illustration and illustrated, plum-colored endpapers. Lists to The Secret of the Barred Window on the jacket front flap, which was published in 1943, and this copy was printed on the cheaper, wartime paper. There's a blank bookplate covering up a partly erased inscription on the front endpaper (with a small scuff next to it), otherwise unmarked, securely bound. Occasional, mostly very small inner page corner tears (the longest are shown in the final pic). The jacket has small tears and chips, light stains on its back panel, but it's intact, and protected now in clear, removable mylar. There's a stain on the book's back board and nicks along the board edges. The top dyed edge is discolored. A good, not very good, copy. Early reprint. Free shipping in the USA. Thanks for looking! Note: I will be listing some more early reprints of Judy Bolton books over the next week or so. Location: Judy Bolton shelf, 2nd floor.
