Description: Georgetown Pottery Lupine berry bowl & out of production oil lamp/vase/jewelry holder For your consideration is this vintage Georgetown Pottery (Maine) berry bowl and oil lamp in their lupine pattern. It appears this is an out of production style for the oil lamp. This one was made in 2012. Current ones do not have the attached underplate. Lots of other exampled have an attached handle. I like the simplicity of this design personally. The berry bowl has holes in it for rinsing and draining. While intended to be an oil lamp, it could also be used as a small vase or perhaps a jewelry holder for earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. A prior owner used this as a traditional candleholder given the wax residue on parts of it. Both pieces in excellent preowned condition with no issues to note other than the aforementioned wax residue. The bowl is about 7.75” wide x 3-1/8” high. Signed and dated on bottom (appears to be 2001). The lamp is about 4” tall. Diameter of bottom is 4.5”. Signed and dated on bottom. They will weigh about 3lbs packed safely. Thank you!
