There is a previous owner name on the outer page edges. The dust jacket is in acceptable condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through cover/spine fading, spine/cover edge/corner rub, corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub, scuffs, or scratches, page edge soil/staining/watermark staining, a few edge nicks, and yellowing of pages. A few pages have rub soil in small spots along the page edges. The top page edge watermark staining doesn't appear to extend to pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/scratches/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/creasing, soiling/rub soil/staining/age spotting, yellowing/inside tanning/inside browning, and notable fading/rub fade. Notable wear on all edges and corners through tears, chips, and splits...more so on the spine upper and lower edges and corners. The back cover has a large tear of about 2"...several tears/splits have been tape repaired on the inside.
