How do we proceed: First, it is completely disassembled and checked. The carburetor is then cleaned in an ultrasonic bath and then wet blasted with glass beads to achieve a beautiful finish. This also allows the ducts inside to be cleaned. Then the carburetor comes back into the ultrasonic bath to remove the abrasive so nothing is left behind.Screws and small parts have been yellow zinc plated. We use new PTFE/steel bushings for the throttle. The throttle body is completely dismantled and overhauled. The function of the heating coil is also tested.The shut-off valve is checked and adjusted correctly. All parts are inspected. The parts that are not working optimally will be replaced with new or used parts that are in perfect condition. A new gasket set and new high quality diaphragms are used when rebuilding the carburetor.The special carburetor test box is used to check that it is pumping correctly. The radius of the injection pipe is checked. The float chamber is also tested. All carburetors are inspected before shipping. Upon delivery, the carburetor is in the default setting. It should be adjusted after assembly. Use appropriate gauges or hire a professional. Several things are important to properly adjust the engine and get it running. Pay attention to the following points:The entire ignition system should be in good condition and properly adjusted.
