Return policy details: Returns If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost. Any cost incurred in shipping the part to you will be deducted from the sale price of the part or refund amount. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part. All our parts where stated are tested and inspected before selling and in most cases marked in a variety of ways. Any parts returned which are found to be tampered with or replaced with faulty exchanges will not be refunded and any losses incurred of actions of fraud will be pursued further at our discretion. If you have received a parcel damaged you will need to notify us immediately (within 24 hours) and where possible sign for parcel as damaged at time of delivery.
