Description: This exhaust extension allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an unoccupied enclosed area. I had this need to keep my generator safe and secure while allowing the exhaust fumes to be vented outside of the enclosure. I learned from making one for myself and am offering my improved version on eBay. The buyer will receive: a custom low profile exhaust stub, the specified length of 500 degree F rated 3/4 I.D. indoor/outdoor flexible duct hose, and the proper size stainless hose clamp. The exhaust temperature of the Honda EU2000i or EU1000i is approximately 170 degrees F while under full (1600W) load. The exhaust stub will need to be welded onto the generator's stock muffler. A mechanic/exhaust/muffler auto repair shop can typically perform the weld if you are not able. Illustrated instructions will be provided. Custom hose size/length and exhaust stubs are available. This hose can be used to run exhaust into water for additional sound deadening, or through the wall of your generator enclosure.
