Included are the bushings for also producing 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch joints. Using a plunge router with the jig, woodworkers can cut fully aligned mortises and tenons ranging from 1/4-inch to 1/1-inch wide and from 1-inch to 3-inches long. The unit can be mounted directly on a workbench or onto a board that can be clamped in a vise or to a bench. TABLE ADJUSTERS: Our mortise machine features integrated clamps and swings arms that align and secure wood for accurate joints. Set your joint length, align the wood in the jig, and cut your mortise or tenon with any plunge router. TENON MACHINE: Mortise and tenon joints are strong, stable, and used in many projects.
