Description: You are looking at a General Radio Co. Strobotac 1531-A Electronic Stroboscope. It is in working condition as shown in the photo where the bulb is lit. I ran it on a high flash rate in order to get a picture of the lit bulb. Some areas on the dial are worn due to it being rotated and the rest of it has some wear on it due to its old age.
