Description: Item basically new but taken out of the box to prevent corrosion. Side to side works, but the arms do not. Should be a simple fix. It has no corrosion and is overall pretty clean. It has some type of scrub mark on the front side of the base(in photos.) I am not sure what it is but you can’t really see it so it doesn’t really effect anything. Has small scuffs here and there. Nothing too bad though
