Description: Honeywell SPM flex gas monitor. Slightly used in semiconductor R&D lab. Calibrated by Honeywell in 2020. Uses replaceable chemcassette tape cartridges that can detect all gases in the Honeywell catalog including hydrides at less than ppm levels. See gas list in attached photos. The SPM comes with a sealed/ unopened, but expired, hydride cartridge to assist in monitor setup. Also comes with power supply and attachable handle. The SPM LED display shows four menus to control operation and internal testing routines. A menu adjustable internal gas flow rate pump is connected through inlet and outlet 1/4 inch tube ports on the case for local or remote gas sampling. The SPM software can be periodically updated through its internal ethernet connection to Honeywell.
