Description: I purchased these at auction directly from our military and these GPS UNITS are brand new never used. The boxes had some writing on them for inventory I assume a couple had no 12v outlet on them. They were still sealed but I opened to inspect them and all items were present, so unclear why they wrote that on them. All the cables are still bagged and sealed, the manual and warranty information still new and intact. So looks to me these were purchased, not issued and then sat on a shelf until I purchased.
