Thank you for understanding. Gaban Curry is one of the founding companies for producing Japanese Curry powder or cubes in Japan. This spice packet contains 20 different spices in pre-measured quantities, making it easy to assemble to make your Japanese curry at home!! Japanese curry powder is not as spicy as other curries, and has some 'secret' ingredients and a light sweetness. How to make: mix all the spices into a glass or metal bowl, blend well. Over low/medium heat in a pan, add a few teaspoons of some neutral oil (like canola). Put in curry powder mix, and allow to soak up the oils while heating slowly and stirring. Make sure to keep the heat low as to not burn the spices (does not start smoking). When it's ready, the spices should be very fragrant. Once this is done, you can transfer into a container and allow to sit (usually in the fridge) for a few days to really release the flavors.
