The building measures 7" wide X 11" deep ( including the boardwalk ), and it stands about 9 1/2" tall. The front door is 4" tall, so this building could work well with most common garden railway scales such as 1:29, 1:24, 1:22.5 or 1:20.3. Detailed windows and doors are all fixed in place, and the window features a clear acrylic window pane and curtains. This structure is not lit, but the open base design allows easy access to the interior, if you want to add your own details. This structure has an old fashioned style plank on plank roof, saturated with exterior grade waterproofing stain for maximum weather resistance, but with a weathered appearance. Sign is painted with exterior grade oil base paints for maximum weather resistance.
