The inlet plug uses Furutech's FI-15 Plus(G), an audio grade plug that has undergone a model change. The body is made of nylon and glass fiber for rigidity, and the cable clamp is made of polycarbonate for vibration control. The electrodes are made of pure copper material with excellent conductivity, gold plated, and then treated with the alpha process. The ground jumper function is also provided to suppress unwanted radiated noise and improve the overall quality of the audio equipment. ■The cable uses a high-density conductor made of silver-plated α-conductor (silver-plated μ-OCC material), and the insulation material, which affects transmission characteristics, is a double-sheath construction using high-performance PVC mixed with carbon powder, which has flexibility as well as shielding against vibration and external noise. The use of highly flexible PVC for the cable's exterior improves sound quality. The fusion of a cable using a special isolation structure and a rigid plug provides full anti-vibration measures to block harmful external vibrations that may enter through the power cable. ■The filter is a filter circuit consisting of a series coil and capacitor integrated with the inlet connector, and its characteristic is to attenuate noise components by approximately 8dB at 100KHz and 14dB at 500KHz. The electrodes are gold-plated and the inside of the filter is custom-made with epoxy filling to reduce the effects of vibration. Low-loss filter with ultra-thick coil creates the benefit of improved noise rejection but without a sense of energy control. It is highly effective in eliminating switching noise and other high-frequency frequencies. ■The housing that encloses the filter is made of a special vibration-damping resin, and the cable clamps are also made of heavy-duty vibration-damping stainless steel.
