The date of 1979 is lightly penciled on the inside of one of the rockers (see photo #8). The rocking horse measures 3 1/4" high at the ears, by 4 1/2" across at the rockers, by 1 1/4" wide at the rockers; the tail is rope/hemp, and there is a GOLD CORD for HANGING.
