This copy of the book is signed and inscribed with a personal note to a 38 year veteran of the St. Louis, Missouri Fire Department who the author served with. The book is in good, pre-owned condition. I have flipped through it several times and didn't see any other marks, writing, dirt stains, tears or creases. The binding and pages are tight. You're not paying for my time on an hourly basis and you're certainly not paying professional conservator/restoration rates so please be reasonable.
