This shaft is in fair condition with heavy bag wear in the form of lots of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks (some through the top layer of paint), paint chips/loss, and scratches. The grip is a new, black/white DTG Tour Velvet style grip. The shaft is just about 43.25" inches so it should play just about 44.5" inches with your Callaway driver head or 43" in your Callaway fairway head that takes an OptiFit adapter.
