Description: For sale is an unusual plate made by Fuerstenberg in the 20th century . I have a second one with a different bird if anyone is interested in a pair. Very unusual to find pieces that are hand painted by them from this period as the vast majority of their designs are transfer printed. So it was likely a special order of some sort. The plate is very nicely hand painted with a bird scene in the center including the bird sitting on a branch with leaves and berries on it.
