There is an exterior zip pocket and an interior zip pocket and 2 slip pockets. The lining is a gold metallic fabric with a small circular pattern. Bottom has stud feet. Measures approximately 14" wide x 8" tall x 5" deep, with a 9" handle drop. Condition is used, but very good. No discoloration, marks or visible wear.
