If you suspect an item is faulty it must be returned to us for inspection, if it is found to be faulty we will send you a replacement and refund for your return postage cost, if the item is found to be not faulty it will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to replace a faulty item we will issue a full refund. WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY LABOUR COSTS INCURRED! All items are security marked. If you suspect an item is faulty under no circumstances must you attempt to dismantle it. Items returned with broken security seals/marks or signs of tamper will be void from any warranty. Engines and gearboxes are fully drained of fluids. You must ensure that the correct amount and grade of lubricant is used once fitted. No replacement/refund will be given for item failure due to lack of or incorrect grade of lubrication. You are strongly advised to fit new timing belt/chain and pulleys, guides and tensioners. Fit new camshaft and crankshaft oil seals. Engines: Warranty covers major mechanical failure, items not covered by warranty are; gaskets (including head gasket), oil seals, water pumps, pulleys, timing belts/chains, guides, tensioners. Gearboxes: Customers are strongly advised to replace the drive shaft oil seals, these seals deteriorate and are a common reason for gearbox failure due to lack of lubrication. Steering racks: Rack ends (track rods), gaiters and track rod ends are not covered by warranty. Electronic Components: ECU’s, control modules, ignition coils and all other engine management components are fully tested before dispatch. It is most important that the existing fault on your vehicle is diagnosed correctly as we cannot accept return of these items due to the fact that they also may be damaged by that existing fault. Return of unwanted items: Unwanted items must be returned unopened in their original packaging within 7 days of you receiving them. Items must be returned in a way which is fully insured and trackable at your own expense. Once we have received the item and checked that it is in a re-sellable condition we will refund the item purchase price only less a handling and re-stocking fee of 20%.
