Folded 4 ways, vertical and horizontal crease. Front page has a 1 inch tear at center fold and several 1/2 tears, and a couple of 1/2 tears on the spine. Marks on front and last page, most noticeable on the folds. Crease on front page and edge wear. Page 3-4 has 1/2 center fold tear and page 5-6 has 1 and 2 inch bottom edge tears. Spine between pages 10&11 at the fold has 1 inch tear & crease. Page 17-18 ha heavy bottom edge wear, multiple 1/2 tears, with edge paper damage. Last page, 35-36, multiple 1/2 edge tears. Inside pages are in better condition. There is edge nicks, crease, and pinholes. All pages have browning. Lighter marking on inside pages. Overall in acceptable condition. Worst wear on front and last pages and few edges of the inside pages. Lots of photographs of President Roosevelt and the reaction to his death. See photographs for condition and description.
