Original leather grip is in excellent condition with brass olive button. Blade is in very good condition with a single minor battle knick at bottom of dorsal side of blade. The blade bears original factory inscription of ““Manufacture Imple du Klingenthal 1813”. Inspector marks on blade of “x” and “x”. The steel scabbard and ringlets are in excellent condition. Saber was purchased from highly reputable French Napoleonic Armes expert Bertrand Malvaux. Saber comes with stamped certificate of authenticity and signature of Bertrand Malvaux, recognized top French Napoleonic Armes Expert.
