The amphibious company includes 5 officers, 23 non-commissioned officers and 123 legionnaires. Before being specialists of the "Zodiac" and the "palmage" the men of the 3rd Company are above all infantry-elite. Unity, like its sisters, breaks down into three combat sections and a support section. For its amphibious activities, its organic elements can be transformed respectively into section of swimmers of recognition, section of engineers in charge of maritime transfer or in landing section.
