Shipment Inspection Upon DeliveryWe do everything we can to ensure your product is shipped safely & properly but occasionally damage does occur in transit. Please inspect all shipments that arrive from the freight carrier for damage. If the shipment is damaged you must request the freight carrier to notate the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment. We can only replace or refund items that have been damaged if they are notated as damaged on the freight Bill of Lading upon delivery, if the damage is not notated upon delivery we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund. If you are not the one who will be receiving the freight shipment, please make sure the person that will receive the shipment will inspect the shipment for damage before signing for goods.
