Eggs are fresh from our free-range chickens on our family farm. We freeze dry and package all meals in house. Each 2-cup bag of food is packaged in a resealable 7 mil mylar bag. Each package is heat sealed with an oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, the freeze-dried foods have a 25-year storage life. Remove oxygen absorber and discard. Add boiling water to freeze dried meals until desired consistency achieved, allow food to rehydrated while covered. Freeze-Dried products are great for long term emergency food storage.
