Description: This is a collection of various items connectedwith Freemasonry in New York and Ohio. There are four handwritten signed letters, dated from 1901 to 1904 (see scans 1 to 4). There is an old clipping from an 1849 broadside,advertising a book about Freemasonry that waswritten by Avery Allyn. This clipping is glued to alarger card. The clipping has some scribbling in pencil on it. The clipping comes with a certificate ofauthenticity from JG Autographs (see scans 5 & 6). There are three old booklets concerned with Freemasonry in Ohio (see scans 7 to 10): THE CROSSED QUILL Vol. 44, #1, 1982, 16 pages BY-LAWS OF WEST GATE LODGENo. 623 F. & A. M.1948, 16 pages THE MASTER MASON DEGREE1958, 20 pages There is an advertisement for a Masonic"Social and Ceremonial Session " thatwas held in 1905 (see scan 11). Finally, there is a large empty envelope that states "Ivy Lodge Centennial 1856-1956 " (see scan 12). These items range from fair to good condition, with some creases, small tears, and other defects.
