They can be worn two ways; high waisted as pictured or fold over for a more casual, relaxed fit. Model is wearing a size small & that or XS is her regular size. They fit true to size. Size large. I just didn’t care for the elastic waistband very snug and too wide for my liking. Very cute otherwise with the unfinished seams & banded bottoms, also pockets on both sides.
