Description: This is a stunningly beautiful acrylic statue by renowned sculptor Frederick Hart, whose works are found above Washington D.C.'s National Cathedral entrances, and whose sculpture Ex Nihilo was the basis for the huge "living wall" sculpture in the movie The Devil's Advocate. Signed "Hart" on the top corner of the base A ghost female face appears from negative carving on the reverse. Flaws: 2 1/2" "burn"/melt marks on the reverse near the base (8th photo), very minor small crazing in the clear "hair" side of the statue, a few very minor surface scratches. 19" long, 14-1/2" tall, 8" deep (I will also be listing this on e t s y as well) I try to only sell well made, beautiful or functional items, so if you like something you'll probably almost certainly like my other listings.
