Description: This is an old French Air Force Parachutist Qualification Badge. This badge is illustrated in Bragg & Turner's Book as B&T# 171. This badge was made to wear on the dress uniform and has two French style loops for attachment. There is a pin present as shown. It is in excellent condition. It is marked DRAGO Paris which indicates that it was made on contract by the famous military insignia maker, which is no longer in business. DRAGO marked badges are highly desirable.
