Measure 4 3/4" by 7 5/8" and has 48 pages. Hole in corner for hanging booklet. Condition: all pages are present, clean, and intact. No writing, tears, or dog-ears. Points have the slightest of edge wear. Cover does have some ding/markings from handling. Inside top page edges have a wave to them from poor storage pressed against other books.
