Description: For Maryland's Honor: A Story of the War for Southern Independence by Lloyd T. Everett, 2001 reprint (originally printed in 1922). The book is a novel but it is backed by scholarly research with attention to detail. The original edition was (and is) very desirable and hard to find, so Arcadia decided to make the reprint. The condition of this copy is very good. Almost all blemishes are on the dust jacket: some light wrinkles, and some very light scratches. The wrinkles are visible enough in the first two photos but I did some close-ups as well (Photo #3 and Photo #4). Photo #5 is a close-up that shows the worst two scratches. As you can see, they are not bad. One of the corners of the cover is moderately scuffed (Photo #6). Apart from these blemishes, the book is like new.
