It measures 33.5" from the shoulder to the bottom, and 17" across the front under the armholes. Waist is 12.25" across, unstretched. There is one small spot in the back where the fabric is showing a touch of fraying, where it splits for the button closure (see pic) Not major at all, isn't spreading, but worth mentioning.
