These baskets are typically printed to order, so your item may ship the same day or may ship by the time allotted in the listing specifications. I try to keep certain colors ready but can't predict the order volume from day to day. This design came from many requests to improve the flow and filtration in Fluval Flex aquarium. Finding the shortcomings of the stock setup and other aftermarket options available, I made modifications to each and every area that needed attention. The results were far better direction of the waterflow, snug fit to not have those rogue jumper fish wind up in an area you can't reach them, and ease of maintaining your media. The basket has 4 removable shelves that you can utilize in ways the others don't allow. They too fit snug and seal off the chamber and combined with the flow director built right into the top of the basket, you now have water that flows over all media in a tiered fashion. Still allows the lowest area of the chamber to be utilized for ceramic bio media or rubble rock. I also offer a basket for chamber 2 that will work perfectly in conjunction with this option as a pair, but it does work with existing baskets available on the market. There is nothing that can be done to anticipate that so please be aware. I have designed and fitted these in 3 different Evo tanks I have on hand, but some customers have said they had to shim theirs slightly. That is something that is out of my control unfortunately. Also, due to the way these are made, there may be very minor surface imperfections. They do not affect the functionality and if they won't meet standard to be used in my tanks, I won't ship them to be used in yours.
