Description: Replacement floor peg nut and screw designed to fit all metal Leblanc Paris made contra clarinets (“Straight” and “Paperclip” models) as well as certain vintage Leblanc bass clarinets. Unfortunately these parts have not been available since the fire at the Leblanc factory. As someone who has fixed a lot of Leblanc contra clarinets, I’ve seen quite a few of these missing so I’ve decided to start making them in my shop. In the 2nd picture you can see the part I made on the left compared to the original from my 1960s paperclip (not included) on the right. Each one is carefully machined to ensure a good fit and comes with a stainless steel wing nut. OD is 6mm, this is not designed to fit the later Leblanc USA instruments.
