FLEISCHMANN N 9475 LOCOMOTIVE ROUNDHOUSE BUILDING PICCOLO 3 BAY

Description: This listing is for a Fleischmann Piccolo N scale 9475 locomotive roundhouse built model kit, 3 bay with 1 rear loco exit.. Excellent condition, fully functioning doors, but missing the wall clock and exterior light shades from the outside of the building. Has some minor glue residue on some windows and brickwork (see pictures). No discoloration, fading to the brown and grey plastic sections, no yellowing of the white doors and window frames. No longer available from Fleischmann. Roundhouse features 3 loco bays, the center bay also having a rear loco exit. Keep as-is or apply weathering for a prototypical look. NOTE: picture showing an extract from a Fleischmann catalog is for reference purposes only, the roundhouse being listed does not not include any track or locos.
