Description: Fisher "The Fisher 500C" Mid 1960s Tube Stereo HiFi Receiver with XP7 Speakers This is a Fisher "The Fisher 500C" Mid 1960s Tube Stereo HiFi Receiver that my father bought new in 1966 with one of his early paychecks. He loved this, and we used to enjoy its warm tone all the way through the 1990s. Also comes with period correct "The Fisher" XP7 Speakers. It has sat carefully stored in a closet since 2007, and tests as turning on. However, I have not hooked the speakers up to it to test it further. Priced fairly using per current market values. NOTE: I have subsequently found the missing metal piece that was missing on the "LOUDNESS CONTOUR" knob in the photos, and it has been carefully glued back into place -- so the knobs are complete.
