In this book, 88 pages and 30 chapters in length, Davies chronicles his military career--beginning with his enlistment in the Air Corps in 1937 and his early days at Fort Moultrie to his deployment and duty in Hawaii. There are several black and white pictures, too. This book is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing (mainly the front cover) from handling and storage over the past 30 years. There appears to be no handwriting in the book. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Laurence Davies enthusiast, military historian, or first edition book collector in your life!
