This stocking is made from a new Plaid Bucilla 2020 kit "Snowman's Winter Wonderland", that was completed this year. The stocking measures 18" from the tip of the toe to the top; is 8" wide at the top opening; the hanger is covered with sequins and glass beads and is 2 "; the back is matching white felt; and it is fully lined--front and back. When shipped, (first class shipping, with tracking info ) we include the picture that came with the kit so you can see how much extra embellishments we've done. (Look for touches of gold and other metallic threads.) You may also notice we like lots of sequins and beads. This stocking comes in it's own jumbo double zip bag, perfect for storage and protection. No personalization is offered Made by a professional artist and crafter who takes pride in her work. She has completed so many of these kits, (and wall hangings, and tree skirts -- since 1975; she has embellished the stocking with boatloads of additional sequins and glass beads -- all hand sewn -- NOT A DROP OF GLUE! -- not a single machine stitch. We use the instructions as a guide, but like to add our own flair. we use double threads for all the appliques and for sewing on the glass beads and sequins. The lining is made from top-of-the-line 100% Cotton Quilting fabric and is hand stitched to the front and the back separately, then both parts are sewn together all by hand (using the blanket stitch with double threads, too). Our home and studio are smoke-free and pet-free. The individual pieces are "sculpted" with generous, but carefully applied amounts of stuffing to give a 3 dimensional look.
