Description: I am offering for sale this Fine User Warranted Superior No 23 8 TPI Hand Saw Inv#MI35w This is a fine Disston, their replacement medallions were stamped Warranted Superior rather than "Disston. This saw has been cleaned and polished. It has the typical dings & nicks from toolbox but overall in excellent refinished condition. The handle has a hairline crack at the bottom of it. (see close-up). Medallion and brass hardware are cleaned up. Blade measures 25-1/2" L x 1/2" W at tip 4-3/4" at handle. 9 TPI blade has been sharpened by former owners, it is sharp, straight, has some pitting, no dents or dings. Its a lightweight and weighs 1 lb 3 oz. It has a great feel when in your hand and a nice patina. Photos are representative of item offered, please review photos and written descriptions carefully.
