Description: Here we have a Vintage FINE Planishing Chasing Metal Worker's Jeweler's Silversmith's Repoussé Hammer with Curved Bulbous Flared Handle End (3) !! There is no maker's mark. It is in Very, Very good 'used tool' condition, with minor wear from use. There is some minor tarnish marks on the steel head with some tiny scrapes on the top end of the head. The head is appeox.2-1/2" long with a 1" dia. slightly domed face. The BEAUTIFUL wood handle is wonderfully turned with a curved rounded end that fits nicely into the palm of your hand ! I see NO cracks in the handle. The handle is firmly attached to the handle. Hammer weighs 5.8 oz. It is approx. 9-3/4" long. Please review pics to confirm condition!
